Hosting and infrastructure
The DeepRegatta website, OSCAR, Retrace and Passage are hosted on Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare Workers by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, California 94107, USA). OSCAR uploads and public Passage forecast files are stored on Cloudflare R2. OSCAR's application database and authentication infrastructure are operated by Supabase, Inc. and Google LLC (Firebase). Retrace is a static site serving pre-computed research datasets with no application backend. Passage currently performs per-user analysis and stores user-created briefings locally in the user's browser. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are not obliged to and do not participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Trademarks and third-party content
"DeepRegatta", "OSCAR", "Retrace" and "Passage" are names and branding used by the operator. Other product and company names mentioned on the Service may be trademarks or trade names of their respective owners. Race names and results referenced in OSCAR and Retrace belong to the respective race organisers. Neither OSCAR nor Retrace is affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any race organiser, tracker operator, rating authority, or sailing federation. Passage is not an official service of, or endorsed by, any meteorological agency, hydrographic office, maritime authority, forecast provider or map provider whose data may be displayed.
Liability for external content
The Service links to or displays content supplied by third parties over whose content we have no control. We cannot assume liability for that external content. The respective provider or operator is responsible for its content. External sources were checked for possible legal violations when integrated or linked; no infringing content was apparent at that time.
